Job summary

Embrava is looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to act as the internal hardware expert, diagnosing circuit boards and components and guiding fixes. You won\'t design boards, but you will open hardware, identify root causes, and call next steps with clarity and speed.

You\'ll read schematics, datasheets, and PCB layouts; use bench tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters; and collaborate with Engineering or manufacturing to resolve issues and prevent recurrences across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in electronics troubleshooting, hardware support, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and PCB layouts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal hardware expert diagnosing issues across Embrava's product line.
• Inspect and troubleshoot boards, components, and assemblies to identify root causes.
• Read schematics and datasheets to translate findings for non-technical teams.
• Support cross-functional partners with hands-on hardware troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain internal documentation on known issues and fixes.
