Job summary

Veo, a leading micromobility company, is hiring a Technical Supply Chain Manager at its Santa Monica HQ to optimize hardware lifecycle, repair quality, parts consumption, and inventory efficiency across North America. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to drive data-driven improvements, cost reductions, and reliability.

The role requires 7+ years in hardware engineering or related fields, Mandarin and English fluency, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years in hardware engineering or related fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SKU rationalization and inventory management improvements.
• Analyze parts consumption trends to reduce SKU burn rates and costs.
• Provide hardware performance insights to guide product development and quality improvements.
• Coordinate between U.S. operations and Asia-based Quality teams for repairs and corrective action.
• Improve reverse logistics efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
