Job summary

Veo, a leading micromobility provider, is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate in Bell, CA. You will lift up to 85lbs, pick/pack 200+ SKUs, receive inbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory while ensuring safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll use Google Drive and shipping software (FedEx, UPS, LTL), contribute to 5S initiatives, and support multiple warehouse functions from receiving to shipping.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 85lbs and pass a pre-employment fitness screen.
• Experience with picking and packing 200+ SKUs, including parts, batteries, and tools.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verify SKUs and packing lists, report discrepancies or damage.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Comfortable using Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) and standard shipping software.
• Contribute to 5S and general warehouse organization for a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

Position: Warehouse Associate (Part-time / W-2)

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 85lbs
• Picking and packing 200+ SKUs, including parts, batteries, tools
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments by verifying SKUs, quantities, and packing lists, and report any discrepancies, damage, or missing items.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and shipping software (FedEx, UPS, LTL).
• Support warehouse organization and 5S initiatives by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading containers and organizing inventory for efficient storage.
• Prepare LTL and parcel shipments, including palletizing, labeling, and shipping documentation.
• Support multiple warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, quality control, and shipping based on daily business priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, can communicate effectively with team members and management regarding work progress and operational issues.
• Technologically savvy: Working with computers, tablets, scanners comes naturally to you.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.

Pay Range

$20 - $21 USD
