Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and Cost Management or equivalent field.
• Experience with cost avoidance, cost reduction, and value engineering.
• Applied experience in understanding, analyzing, and managing product Bills of Material (BOM) and costing structures.
• Experience with root cause analysis and complex problem-solving within a technical (manufacturing) environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain readiness and BOM resiliency for hardware programs from pre-concept through First Hardware Ship (FHS).
• Own cost optimization programs and margin management for the assigned product portfolio.
• Validate costed BOMs and forward costing to articulate main cost drivers and support margin management.
• Lead ramp plans to ensure continuity of material supply between prototype and early production.
