Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Cost Management or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience with cost avoidance, cost reduction, and value engineering.
• Deep expertise in understanding, analyzing, and managing product Bills of Material (BOM) and costing structures.
• Strong capability in root cause analysis and complex problem solving in a technical environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain readiness and total cost management for hardware programs from pre-concept through First Hardware Ship (FHS).
• Own BOM cost integrity and forward costing to articulate main cost drivers and support margin management.
• Drive cost reduction programs, value engineering, commodity analysis, and BOM optimization.
• Lead ramp plans to ensure continuity of material supply and timely delivery between prototype and early production phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage cost, quality, and lead times.
