Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong cost management experience including cost avoidance and cost reduction.
• Deep BOM understanding and costing structures.
• Root cause analysis and complex problem-solving in a technical environment.
• Effective communication with engineering and manufacturing teams in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• As Supply Chain Program Manager, drive readiness, total cost management, and BOM resiliency for hardware programs from pre-concept through FHS.
• Validate costed BOMs, articulate main cost drivers, and support margin management through value engineering.
• Lead ramp plans to ensure material supply and on-time delivery between prototype and early production.
• Utilize should-cost modeling, NPI cost management, and quarterly price negotiation to optimize costs.
