Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service at all times.
• Greet guests, answer phone calls, and be aware of promotions.
• Execute daily store operations and assist management.
• Assist in training peers and engage with guests professionally.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep register area tidy.
• Assist with receiving shipments and back stock organization.
• Be aware of safety and shoplifting concerns.
• Help guests locate products and process orders.
• Promote Ridley’s Advantage card and explain benefits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
