Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge for electronic/mechanical devices.
• Experience guiding teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Hardware Service Team.
• Lead process improvements and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate hardware availability for repairs and field deployments.
• Manage inventory records, audits, and usage reporting.
• Liaise with Product Development and Senior Leadership for feedback.
