Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers, listening to their needs.

• Handle sales counter functions: orders, special orders, price lookup.
• Respond politely to telephone inquiries with helpful information.
• Merchandise products on shelves and fixtures.
• Make product recommendations to store management.
• Write sales and special orders in the POS system ensuring accuracy.
• Assist in cycle counting and stocking.
• Maintain clean, organized selling area.
• Notify regular customers about new products and promotions.
• Assist customers with loading items.
• Use Resource Center to report price or description issues.
