Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service, assist customers on entry and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Assist in daily store operations, completing task lists, cleaning, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect assets and financial information by following internal controls and reporting risks.
