Qualifications

• High School degree; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware products and willingness to learn.
• Experience in retail sales or marketing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service following the S.A.L.E.S process.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
• Process shipments and keep receiving/back stock area tidy.
• Assist in training peers and participate in store meetings.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash at registers.
• Help customers locate merchandise and process special orders.
• Adhere to store safety policies and prevent shoplifting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
