Job summary

Amazon Robotics seeks a Manager III, Hardware Development to lead compliance laboratory testing operations across two A2LA-accredited labs (BOS12, BOS27). You will oversee quality policy, accreditation maintenance, and a team of engineers in EMC/EMI, RF, and electrical safety testing to meet global regulatory requirements before product launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience managing teams, mentoring, or leading an engineering team.
• Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines.
• Working knowledge of product compliance testing disciplines such as EMC/EMI, RF, and electrical product safety.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of two ISO 17025 laboratories (BOS12 and BOS27).
• Serve as Quality Manager, maintaining accreditation and driving continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop a team of EMC/EMI, RF, and electrical safety engineers.
