Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a seasoned hardware operations leader to own manufacturing execution from prototype through launch.

You will coordinate with contract manufacturers, tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of complex physical hardware. You will oversee BOM risk, DFA/DFS reviews, and cost-tracking with global partners while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware operations, manufacturing engineering, or technical program management.
• Proven track record delivering products in Consumer Electronics OR a Complex Physical Industry.
• Direct experience with hardware validation lifecycles (EVT/DVT/PVT), high-reliability electronics assembly, and system-level integration.
• Supplier & Factory Operations: Hands-on experience managing Tier-1 industrial suppliers and global Contract Manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational execution for complex hardware systems with high-density electronics and rugged enclosures.
• Manage build schedules, CTB tracking, and milestone gates across CMs, JDMs, and internal teams.
• Lead factory line bring-ups, yield tracking, and CAPA to minimize scrap and field disruption.
