Job summary

Hyliion Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to own planning and coordination of hardware programs for assembling power generation components. You will bridge engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations to move beta designs into production.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project coordination within engineering/manufacturing, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate effectively with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments in aerospace/robotics or similar.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution from prototype to initial production ramp.
• Partner with mechanical and manufacturing engineers to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk plans.
