Job summary

NVIDIA, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an experienced Product Program Manager to drive hardware product development across data center, Jetson, robotics, and more. In-office requirement: 5 days/week at Santa Clara campus. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams through ideation, development, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.

Required: a BS in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred), 5+ years in hardware product development, and strong program management.

Qualifications

• BS degree or greater in an Electrical engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Hands on experience with hardware product development and validation.
• Strong project/program/product management fundamentals.
• Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving.
• Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities!

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout the product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
• Drive priorities to ensure products are achieving schedule and milestone targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles.
• Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
• Communicate product status to internal (including executive) teams
