NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Product Manager to develop AI, HPC, and datacenter products in Santa Clara. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategies and own programs from concept to mass production, engaging with partners to ensure peak performance and quality.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with 5 years in leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5 years of leadership experience within the industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Clear understanding of technical and logistic challenges for power solutions or server platforms.
• Ability to empower and lead a multi-functional team for System/HW/SW integration.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills; organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop product strategies and development plans for datacenter products and power solutions.
• Own programs from concept and design through bring-up, validation, and mass production.
• Engage with JDM partners as an extension of the engineering team to achieve top performance and quality.
• Align all parties with clear requirements and timelines.
• Develop, supervise and refine product execution plans including staffing and schedules.
• Test all plans for precision and feasibility.
• Identify and communicate the most critical project priorities.
• Lead a multi-functional team to complete key priorities and drive excellence.
