Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Technical Program Manager specializing in silicon product definition to lead end-to-end semiconductor and system development programs from concept to production release.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and marketing, own technical requirements, datasheets, and schedules, and drive risk mitigation and process improvements to ensure timely, within-budget execution for next‑gen AI, Gaming, and Visualization products.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years (with BS), 5+ years (with MS) in semiconductor, board, and system program management.
• Proven track record of managing complex microelectronics projects from concept to delivery.
• Hands-on experience in silicon-based product development.
• Deep understanding of silicon product development, board development, software and PDE.
• Experience driving hardware product feature tradeoffs (GPU experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication, coordinating with multiple teams.
• Self-directed and driven, able to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage entire silicon-based products lifecycle, including planning, delivery of key milestones, and ramp of products into mass production.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise in product (chip, board and systems) development, guiding teams through technical/execution challenges.
• Own technical requirement collateral, datasheets, and feature POR.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work to ensure timely and within-budget project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve program management processes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
