Job summary

Leviton is seeking a Hardware Product Manager to grow profitability of electromechanical product lines for the Commercial unit. You will manage pricing, inventory, and day-to-day tasks while developing a 3–5 year roadmap and collaborating with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales.

The role requires ownership of multiple product lines, strong market and customer insight, and the ability to navigate enterprise systems. Travel is 20–25% with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading hardware product management initiatives across strategy, development and market execution.
• Familiarity with phase-gate development, end-to-end lifecycle management, and applicable standards (UL/CSA/NOM).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence across leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own up to 4 hardware product lines, driving profitability and roadmap.
• Lead pricing, inventory, and day-to-day product management activities.
• Develop 3–5 year product roadmaps and market strategies.
• Conduct market research, customer interactions, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare proposals, market requirements, and launch materials with Marketing.
