Job summary

Raycon is seeking a Product Associate to manage hardware products end-to-end from concept through mass production, including vendor execution that keeps shipments on time. You’ll own specs, schedules, and tradeoffs when cost, performance, and timeline collide.

This role is title-flexible and suitable for candidates from Product Management, Technical Program Management, or hardware engineering with program ownership experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning consumer hardware products or programs end-to-end.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, ideally in China or Asia.
• Engineering degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware products through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with overseas manufacturers and engineering partners.
• Translate customer needs into specs, PRDs, and success metrics.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, ID, firmware, ops, marketing, and CX.
• Partner with product marketing on positioning, pricing inputs, and launch readiness.
