Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing or hardware design.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and related system assembly.
• Experience in design for manufacturability and serviceability.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 15 years of experience at a company developing hardware products in an extended workforce supply chain (CM and JDM).
• Experience with ODMs, contract manufacturers and component suppliers for data center server products (ARM servers).
• Experience in scaled manufacturing, including process and line design, bring up and optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
• Experience in bring-up or bench testing hardware in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Engineers for ARM compute and storage products.
• Ensure factory readiness and GA product quality.
• Drive DFx and test strategy development for high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and NPI Operations to mitigate risks.
• Manage manufacturing fallout and interdependencies across supply chain.
