Job summary

Emporia Energy is seeking a Hardware Product Lead to own the roadmap for our EVSE, Vue Energy Monitor, and Smart Plug. You will ensure a healthy, profitable product portfolio with disciplined PDLC, firmware updates, and field-quality improvements.

You will lead with AI-enabled execution, drive cost-down initiatives, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver impactful hardware revisions and new SKUs. Onsite in Littleton, CO, you will report to the SVP of Product.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with hardware products.
Proven track record owning end-to-end product lifecycle and delivering hardware releases.
Strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap across EVSE, Vue, and Smart Plug, prioritizing work across three lines.
Drive sustaining work: firmware, field quality, warranty, and RMA trends.
Lead cost-down and supply continuity, and manage compliance with industry standards.
Own launch and go-to-market for hardware revisions and new SKUs.
Drive AI adoption across PDLC to accelerate delivery and reduce handoffs.
