Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Hardware Product Management Intern to work with customers and hardware/embedded software teams to shape drone platforms, controllers, cameras, and accessories. Based onsite at our San Mateo HQ, you will help define requirements, engage with stakeholders, and translate feedback into tangible product decisions.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to publish product requirements, drive projects that ship during the internship or shortly after,

Responsibilities

• Drive definition on hardware products (drones, controllers, cameras, accessories)
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand core problems
• Use customer experiences and analytics to inform projects
• Publish product requirement documents for hardware and embedded software
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, CV/AI teams to ship projects
• Capture and distill customer feedback to steer development
• Work with sales and customer success to maintain customer relationships
• Assist product marketing with launch plans and messaging
• Coordinate with Go To Market Strategy to forecast demand and pricing
