Job summary

Skydio is seeking an Operations Program Manager Intern to join our Hardware team and support development of the next generation of autonomous flight technology. You will work with technical operations program managers and cross-functional partners to coordinate hardware programs from design through testing, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
• Interest in hardware product development, robotics, consumer electronics, automotive systems, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and details.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional hardware development programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and testing.
• Help develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and action-item trackers.
• Coordinate engineering builds, test readiness, supplier activities, and other product-development efforts.
• Track program progress, identify risks or blockers, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare concise program updates and align cross-functional teams around priorities.
• Organize meetings, document decisions, and drive action items to completion.
