Job summary

A local retail store is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean sales floor. Responsibilities will include assisting customers in locating products, handling special orders, processing transactions, and promoting store loyalty programs. The ideal candidate has a customer-focused attitude, available to work flexible hours, and is eager to learn about a variety of products. Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a professional attitude and outstanding customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn about the products in the store.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with queries.
• Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor.
• Notify customers of promotions and new products.
• Assist with product loading into customers' vehicles.
• Process transactions using the point of sale system as required.
