SHI International Corp. operates as a global IT solutions provider and is seeking an entry-level Integration Center Associate – HLM to support order processing and hardware handling in the warehouse.

You will assist technicians with unboxing, setup, labeling, and kitting, while using WMS and SharePoint to track shipments and transfers. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability within a fast-paced environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX for ERP tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Unpacking, packing, and kitting of hardware and components.
• Process shipments using WMS.
• Complete inventory transfers using WMS and SharePoint Forms.
• Removal of trash, such as device packaging.
• Provide email updates of the status for customer orders as requested by management.
• Collaborate with Integration Center Techs to complete tasks.
