Job summary

Infinium Wall Systems Inc. is seeking a Hardware Associate to receive, inspect, and organize hardware components, supporting accurate inventory and efficient order fulfillment in the Hardware Department.

You will count and pull hardware, prep components for powder coating, and return items to inventory. The role includes operating forklifts, maintaining a safe workspace, and collaborating with Project Managers to ensure accuracy of requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in parts management and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Count and pull hardware to fulfill orders.
• Disassemble and assemble hardware for powder coating prep.
• Return powder-coated hardware to inventory.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Keep the hardware area clean and safe.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and report discrepancies.
