Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Hardware Integration Project Manager (Facilities & Equipment) to guide the integration of emerging technologies from prototype to scalable deployment. You will work across engineering, product, and facilities to validate real-world requirements and drive execution in physical environments.

The role emphasizes upstream development, working with architecture, vendors, and consultants to shape design, testing, and implementation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience with physical system design/implementation.
• 5-8+ years of experience in roles such as mechanical engineering, architecture, product implementation/hardware deployment, or related fields.
• Experience working with physical products, systems, or infrastructure beyond software/digital initiatives.
• Ability to evaluate how products interact with real-world constraints (space, power, installation, environment, maintenance, and access).
• Proven ability to translate concepts into executable, real-world deployments and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation path for new products from prototype through standardization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, facilities, security, and operations to validate real-world requirements early.
• Translate prototypes into deployable solutions for installation, maintenance, and scaling.
• Identify integration risks across physical environments (space, power, network, installation methods, storage) and drive mitigations.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and consultants to ensure viable solutions.
• Build and manage the R&D implementation roadmap aligned with product development.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions across stakeholders; lead working sessions.
