Job summary

Four Sea Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on hardware integration to support the design, configuration, deployment, and verification of mission hardware systems.

This early-career role helps ensure hardware is correctly configured, integrated, documented, tested, and prepared for deployment. Working with experienced engineers and cross-functional program teams, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware design, compute infrastructure, system integration, testing, and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, with relevant internship or experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance at time of application.
• Hands-on hardware design and integration experience.
• Understanding of how changing requirements affect hardware design and configuration.
• Familiarity with antenna, power, RF, fiber, or related electrical signal principles.
• Ability to support hardware drawings, compute equipment integration, and field deployment activities.
• Ability to perform system-level testing and document results accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware configurations to improve reliability and performance.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform work from elevated positions.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed.
