MANTECH seeks a motivated Hardware Engineer to join our Doral, FL team. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and evaluating hardware components and server architectures to ensure peak reliability and uptime.

The position requires hands-on hardware installation, rack fabrication, and diagnostic tools proficiency, with a path toward supporting DoD enterprise environments and remaining compliant with security baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/Systems Engineering or related field with 2+ years hardware experience.
• Alternative: associate degree + 4+ years experience.
• High school diploma + 6+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware installation and rack fabrication.
• Experience evaluating hardware schematics and baselines.
• Experience maintaining hardware inventory and configuration controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and evaluate hardware components and server architectures.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and preventative maintenance.
• Define hardware specs and capacity planning with partners.
• Maintain baselines, inventory, and configuration management.
• Collaborate to optimize hardware performance and cooling.
• Recommend upgrades and lifecycle replacements.
