Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our White Bear Lake store in Minnesota. This on-site, hourly role involves greeting customers, assessing needs, guiding product selections, and processing orders using our POS system.

You will maintain stock, merchandise shelves, assist with loading, and uphold store cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service and accurate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs with open-ended questions.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and provide knowledge.
