Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager in Loveland, CO. The role leads a multidisciplinary hardware team responsible for design, development, validation, and lifecycle management of electro‑mechanical products.

On‑site role reporting to Head of Hardware within Biopharma Solutions. You will drive innovation, ensure engineering excellence, and collaborate with Systems, Software, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
• 7+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hardware product development cycles and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a hardware engineering team (electrical and mechanical).
• Drive technical excellence in product development and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, service, product management, and Quality for seamless integration.
• Gather customer insights and align hardware architecture with project goals.
