Job summary

The position is a Senior Systems Engineer located in Loveland, Colorado and is an on‑site role. It reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and requirements
• Decompose system requirements and allocate targets
• Perform system modeling and analysis
• Drive root cause analysis and risk management
• Support cross-functional trade‑off decisions

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with requirements and system integration
• Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation

Preferred Experience

• Regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
• Model‑based systems engineering
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight
