Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5+ years hardware/connector development experience.
Experience in leading a mechanical engineering team.
Strong CAD and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in design, development, and testing of connector hardware.
Manage project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with signal integrity, product management, and manufacturing.
Develop and implement engineering processes to improve quality.
Coordinate resource planning and budgeting activities.
Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to team members.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
