Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a mechanical development team.
• Experience with CAD tools such as Creo and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, resources, and engineering communication during design, development, and testing of components and hardware for high-density PCAs.
• Oversee timelines and milestones; align with internal units and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with signal integrity, product management, and manufacturing to ensure cohesive product development.
• Develop and implement engineering development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for hardware projects.
• Mentor team members and guide growth and onboarding of new hires.
