Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role in mechanical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers in design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems for custom cable assemblies.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables; communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including signal integrity, product management, and manufacturing.
• Develop and implement engineering development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting for hardware development projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
