Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Hardware Engineer in Doral, FL to design, integrate, and evaluate hardware components and server architectures supporting defense systems. You will work with management and mission partners to define specifications and ensure peak operational availability.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hardware engineering experience, hands-on installation, and a security mindset to meet clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years hardware experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on enterprise hardware installation and diagnostics experience.
• Experience with inventory and configuration management controls.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and evaluate hardware components and server architectures for peak availability.
• Diagnose, prevent, and troubleshoot across enterprise IT and infrastructure systems.
• Define hardware specs, configurations, and capacity planning with stakeholders.
• Maintain baselines, inventory, and hardware configuration items at local facilities.
• Collaborate with systems and network engineers to optimize hardware performance and cooling.
