Donatech Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to support aerospace programs. The role requires a US citizen under ITAR and a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, or aerospace engineering with at least five years of experience.

You will develop designs for installing components into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, customer facilities, and shelters. You will plan and coordinate documentation, prepare specifications, evaluate vendors, and analyze test

MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR RQMT.). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Hardware Engineer. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic or aerospace engineering and at least 5 working years experience.

Develops designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.

This position is for a Lead Hardware Engineer role supporting programs in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE)area. As a key member of our Hardware Engineering team, you will:

• Coach and lead electrical and mechanical engineers
• Interface with Program Manager/Engineering Program Manager
• Ensure project milestones and commitments are met
