ProStart Recruiting Resources Inc. seeks a Senior Hardware Design Engineer in Nashua, NH. This on-site role focuses on building high-speed networking products for AI clusters and large data centers, with a strong emphasis on board and systems design.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in hardware engineering, experience with 100GB Ethernet, and hands-on FPGA/HDL work including Verilog and VHDL. On-site presence 3–5 days a week is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial hardware engineering with board and systems level design.
• Experience designing networking hardware with 100GB or more Ethernet switching is REQUIRED.
• MUST have worked on design of 20+ layer PCBs, signal and power integrity, high speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe), FPGA, Verilog and VHDL.

• Lead bring-up and debug of advanced networking prototype hardware.

Job description

Senior Hardware Design Engineer (Onsite. NASHUA NH)

Immediate opening for a seasoned Hardware Engineer with solid board and systems design skills. Person will be building out high speed networking products to meet the growing needs of AI clusters and the very large data centers being built in the US and around the globe.

Salary: $150k-$200k base plus bonus and significant RSU's.

This is a mostly onsite role for an Enterprise level, high speed networking products design team located in Nashua NH. Person MUST be OK with being on site 3-5 days a week.. depending on design life cycle. (ie. When new hardware/systems hit the lab, most people are there 5 days a week).

Qualifications

• BSEE as a min. MSEE or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial hardware engineering with Board and systems level DESIGN
• Experience designing networking hardware. (100GB or more ethernet switching is REQUIRED)
• Embedded x86/ARM system design is highly desirable
• MUST have worked on design of: 20+ layer PCB's, Signal and Power integrity, High speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe) FPGA, Verilog and VDHL, DFM, etc.
• Strong lab bring up and debug of advance networking prototype hardware

Person would be working as part of a core 10 person HW design team that is building award winning high speed networking products for next gen AI/Ultra high speed data centers. 4000+ person global company that continues to do VERY WELL and grow smartly. Solid management team.

This is a FULL TIME position for a W2 employee. NOT OPEN to C2C or contract hires.
