Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an engineering-intern to support high-performance computer systems through design, validation, and deployment in a lab setting. You will characterize boards and circuits for HPC systems and collaborate with senior engineers on PCA design and validation.

You will bring up, debug, and validate PCAs in an engineering test lab, documenting issue discovery, plans, results, and resolutions. Independent work and teamwork on complex analyses are expected.

Qualifications

  • High School Degree.
  • 3rd Year of University completed, typically a technical degree specialization.
  • Actively enrolled in a university/college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study.
  • Coursework in digital and/or analog circuit design is desired.
  • Experience with electrical lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, load tools, and multimeters is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, validation, scaling, deployment, and support of high-performance computer systems.
