We are seeking a Hardware Development Engineer – Level 2 to join a collaborative engineering team developing next-generation industrial automation and control systems. In this role, you will contribute across the hardware product development lifecycle, from circuit design and prototype integration through hardware verification, troubleshooting, documentation, and regulatory considerations.
This position is well suited for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on technical work, collaborative problem-solving, and learning new technologies. You will work alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional partners while developing deeper expertise in hardware development, test methodologies, simulation, and automation.
The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals in electronics and circuit design, attention to detail, ownership, and a growth mindset. This role offers opportunities to expand technical responsibilities while contributing to continuous improvement across engineering practices and product development processes.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
You are a hands‑on engineer who enjoys understanding how systems work at the circuit and hardware level. You approach technical challenges analytically, communicate effectively with engineering partners, and take ownership of delivering high‑quality results.
You are comfortable learning new tools and technologies and are interested in applying automation, simulation, and software techniques to improve traditional hardware development and testing processes.
This is a contract engineering opportunity supporting the development and verification of industrial automation hardware. The role requires close collaboration with hardware, software, test, systems, and other engineering disciplines throughout the product development lifecycle.
