Qualifications

• Five years of hardware design experience or more.
• Experience developing electromechanical systems, packaging, fixtures, and tooling.
• Knowledge of metal machining and sheet metal fabrication; casting and additive processes are a plus.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and drafting best practices; familiarity with MBD/MBE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and release mechanical components and BOMs to support manufacturing.
• Create 3D harness routing and multi-CAD layouts for large assemblies.
• Develop and review CAD models using Siemens NX, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Own tasks from design to release and handoff to services teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and complete the full design cycle.
• Produce production drawings and conduct design reviews to support projects.
