Runnings in Redwood Falls, MN is seeking a Department Manager for the Hardware department. You will lead merchandising and sales, train new team members, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

This full-time onsite role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and alternating weekends, with a pay rate of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Strong knowledge of hardware and stock management is preferred, along with prior retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate the merchandising of assigned products.
• Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise within the assigned department.
• Ensure adequate inventory in all areas of assigned department.
• Assist customers with purchases.
• Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of assigned department product needs.
• Assist with the training and direction provided to new department team members.
• Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
