Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5-6 years of hands-on mechanical design experience in aerospace, ruggedized hardware, or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software with ability to create detailed drawings and GD&T documentation.
• Strong foundation in structural design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to the design, analysis, and integration of mechanical systems and subsystems, including avionics packaging and harnessing.
• Own mechanical engineering deliverables across the product lifecycle from concept to production and field support.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure buildable, testable designs.
• Provide hands-on technical support during testing, demos, and field operations; troubleshoot and implement design fixes.
