Job summary

Builders Supply Co., Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative for the Hardware Department to assist contractors and the public with product information, quotes, and availability.

You will stock shelves, process sales orders, support the sales team, and help customers in person at the store. Strong communication, a willingness to learn, and basic computer skills are essential; weekend shifts and standing for long periods may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Desire to learn extensive product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, including quotes and availability.
• Efficiently process sales orders and transactions.
• Provide assistance to sales team, contractors, and walk-in customers.
• Stock products on shelving.
• Retrieve and put away products in the Warehouse.
