Job summary

Builders Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver (Non CDL) to deliver building materials to customers' job sites, load and unload with a forklift, and manage product returns. The role requires good reading comprehension and strict safety adherence on every delivery route.

You'll follow planned routes, communicate with dispatch or supervisor about difficult sites, and maintain the company vehicle per safety policies. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential in this position.

DESCRIPTION:

The Truck Driver position is responsible for preparing delivery loads, following planned delivery routes, and assisting with returns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Deliver building materials to customer's job site

• Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding difficult job site and deliveries
• Responsible for maintaining the company vehicle in accordance with company safety policies

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment testing (physical, drug, and lifting test)
• Must be able to lift >50 lbs without assistance.
