Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in design or manufacturing of electronic hardware.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to travel 10% within US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to select EEE components for high reliability.
• Support component selection and validation efforts.
• Lead failure investigations and part assessments.
• Develop specifications defining screening and qualification requirements.
• Interface with suppliers to assess part performance and obsolescence.
