Raas Infotek LTD is seeking a Stock/Logistics Engineer (Hardware Asset Manager) onsite in Piscataway, NJ. You will own end-to-end stock and logistics activities, manage audits, ensure data integrity across systems, and coordinate disposals in line with client standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with IT infrastructure assets, proficiency in MS Excel and ITSM tools, and strong communication to work with client teams and internal HAM colleagues. Apply to join a fast-paced asset team.

Job Title: Stock/Logistics Engineer (Hardware Asset Manager)

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)

Will form part of the asset inventory team ensuring the end-to-end Stock activities this position will focus on Overseeing the operation including the day to managing the Stock and Logistics Operation, staff management, and other standard activities to ensure we meet our obligations to the client.

Main Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Stock Management

• Overseeing the Monthly Stock Audits
• Maintaining agreed Stock Levels and working with the client/partner accordingly
• Interfacing with partner/delivery teams to ensure data integrity in Service First and associated systems
• Work with Teams to arrange Disposal of Equipment in line with Client Standards
• Work with Client on Current and Future Demands to for utilisation and demand management
• Facilitate ad-hoc Stock Verification required by HCL/Client
• Work with the Central

Logistics

• Work with Delivery and Partner Teams to facilitate Stock Movements
• Work with Logistics Team to ensure kit is booked in and rationalise Part no.

Other

• Work with Central HCL HAM Team on reporting/analysis and actions
• Flexibility and teamwork and perform other duties as assigned by your reporting manager

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of different types of end user IT Infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
• Good understanding of using IT Applications i.e MS Excel, Service Now and Outlook

Business Skills:

• A self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative
• To work through issues analytically to a successful conclusion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivating
