Job summary

Tekvana Inc. seeks a Stock/Logistics Engineer to join the asset inventory team. You will oversee end-to-end stock activities, coordinate stock movements, audits, and ensure data integrity across Service Now and related systems.

The role requires collaboration with client and partner delivery teams, disposal of equipment per standards, and involvement in demand planning and reporting with the central team. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management and logistics operations.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stock and logistics operation to ensure smooth end-to-end activities.
• Manage monthly stock audits and reconcile variances.
• Maintain agreed stock levels and coordinate with client/partner as needed.
• Interface with partner/delivery teams to ensure data integrity in Service Now and related systems.
• Coordinate disposal of equipment in line with client standards.
• Collaborate with client on current and future demands for utilization and demand management.
• Support ad-hoc stock verification requested by client.
• Work with central logistics teams to ensure kit bookings and part number rationalization.

Job description

Stock/Logistics Engineer

Will form part of the asset inventory team ensuring the end-to-end Stock activities this position will focus on Overseeing the operation including the day to managing the Stock and Logistics Operation, staff management, and other standard activities to ensure we meet our obligations to the client.

Main Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Stock Management
• Overseeing the Monthly Stock Audits
• Maintaining agreed Stock Levels and working with the client/partner accordingly
• Interfacing with partner/delivery teams to ensure data integrity in Service First and associated systems
• Work with Teams to arrange Disposal of Equipment in line with Client Standards
• Work with Client on Current and Future Demands to for utilization and demand management
• Facilitate ad-hoc Stock Verification required by HCL/Client
• Work with the Central
• Logistics
• Work with Delivery and Partner Teams to facilitate Stock Movements
• Work with Logistics Team to ensure kit is booked in and rationalize Part no.

Other

• Work with Central HCL HAM Team on reporting/analysis and actions
• Flexibility and teamwork and perform other duties as assigned by your reporting manager

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of different types of end user IT Infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
• Good understanding of using IT Applications i.e MS Excel, Service Now and Outlook

Business Skills:

• A self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative
• To work through issues analytically to a successful conclusion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivating
