Job summary

Perry Weather, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team. You will assemble hardware, perform quality control inspections, and prepare items for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction and troubleshoot without supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, assemble components, monitor processes, manage inventory, and fulfill daily production tasks
• Conduct quality control by inspecting materials, identifying defects, troubleshooting production challenges, and ensuring finished products meet Perry Weather standards
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleanliness, and report any faults
• Maintain a Safety-First approach by adhering to safety protocols, wearing PPE, and ensuring hazard-free work environment
• Accurately maintain production logs and reports
• Package and label products for shipment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Utilize hand, power, and electrical tools while assembling hardware units
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept in excellent working condition; tools provided
• Adhere to documented procedures and Perry Weather's quality standards
