Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a skilled assembler to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components per drawings and specifications, inspect parts for defects, and ensure quality through precision measurement.

You will follow safety procedures, operate tools and equipment, and keep the work area organized and compliant with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Coordination and manual dexterity for fine movements.
• Experience using inspection gauges (calipers, micrometers, indicators, depth gauge, bore gauge, height gauge, pin gauge, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control measures and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and/or disassemble mechanical and electrical components per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality.
• Use measuring devices and assembly tools to meet specifications.
• Move products using lifts and hoists as needed and keep the work area clean.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
